The Cap Neige residence is located in the Festival district, near the resort center and the Falaise district, close to the Aquariaz Tropical Paradise, the Ski School ESF as well as the
sledge run and within easy reach to all amenities.
Description and conditions
This two-room apartment of 30 m2 is located on the 8th floor of the Cap Neige residence.
Ideal for a couple with two children or for two couples, it can accommodate up to five people maximum (including four adults).
Rental 7 days minimum and from Saturday to Saturday only
The apartment has :

- a shower room and a separate toilet
- a dining area
- a living room area with sofa bed
- TV, a DVD/Blu-Ray player and a stereo system
- a bedroom with single and double bunk beds
- DVD/Blu-Ray, books and comics, society games
- free Wi-Fi

- a private ski locker
Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen is provided as well as the end-of-stay cleaning.
We send our vacationers a seasonal rental agreement indicating our rental conditions that must be returned to us duly initialed and signed under penalty of cancellation.
The Keys are handed over and returned at the Conciergerie located close to the parking lots and the entrance to the resort.
We love animals, but we cannot accept them in order to avoid any risk of damage, allergies or noise.
As the apartment is non-smoking, ashtrays are available for smoking on the balcony.

- A living room area with a convertible sofa (140x200), three nesting coffee tables, an armchair, a TV stand, a 32'' flat screen wall TV, a DVD/Blu-Ray player with DVD/Blu-Ray, an FM/CD/Bluetooth stereo system, a wall shelf, books, comics, strategy and society card and a cupboard
- A bedroom with window, a single (90x200) and a double (140x200) bunk beds, a staircase with cupboard and a 28'' flat screen wall TV
- A upright vacuum cleaner, an iron and ironing board, a basin with shovel, brush and mop, a clothesline with pins and laundry basket
- A balcony with a table, two chairs, three sledges and a snow shovel
- A private ski locker on the ground floor of the residence
- For the children : a children's step stool, a chair booster seat as well as a safety barrier for bed
