The apartment is well appointed, quiet and bright due to its high floor and benefits from a South/South-West facing exposure with a clear view of the mountains and the resort.

You will be able to enjoy the sunsets and even attend shows or animations proposed by the resort from the apartment or the balcony such as the ski instructors' torchlight descent!



L'Ours Blanc

The apartment is a two-room located in the Cap Neige residence in the district of the Festival, halfway between the main shops, restaurants and ski schools of the center of the resort and the Falaise district with direct access to the slopes.

Classified 3 stars in furnished of tourism, it's  elegantly decorated and furnished in a Scandinavian style to offer you a soft and soothing atmosphere during your family or friendly stay. Comfortable and well equipped, it enjoys natural clarity due to its south facing exposure as well as a breathtaking view of the mountains and the resort.

You will appreciate the festive and sporting events proposed by the resort from the balcony or the apartment such as the sledge races, the Christmas parade or the fireworks displays!

The apartment is a two-room ideally located in the Intrêts1 residence, in the heart of the resort in the Festival district, close to all the shops, restaurants and ski schools and with direct access to the slopes.

Classified 2 stars in furnished of tourism, it is pleasantly decorated and arranged in a Vintage Industrial style with furniture and Factory objects to enjoy a Retro atmosphere during your family or friendly holidays. It is cozy, functional and sunny due to its double South/South-West exposure with a nice view of the mountains and the resort.

You will have the possibility to attend from the apartment or the balcony the shows and entertainments proposed by the resort such as exceptional concerts or the great Carnival parade with his giant floats! 

We discovered Avoriaz about twenty years ago and had a very favorite for this family resort without a car, for its ski area and for its hiking trails offered by the cross-border domain of the Portes du Soleil with a varied choice of slopes and itineraries, its events and entertainment for young and old and the change of scenery it provides.

So when the opportunity presented itself, we didn't hesitate to make these property projects a reality within this beautiful resort of Haute-Savoie in which we like to meet regularly with family or friends and also offer them for rent in both winter and summer seasons.

Avoriaz is an always snowy resort in which cars do not have their place, where you can walk with your skis on in the middle of the wooden residences that blend into the landscape.

Whatever is the place of the stay, no need to take a shuttle or to walk on frozen sidewalks to leave and return of the ski. Once you have parked your car, it is a real pleasure to take the streets in the form of slopes where you will come across sleds pulled by horses.

Here the carriages replace the taxis…

In winter, you will fully enjoy your days of skiing in the Portes du Soleil area with a departure and return skis at the feet.

In summer, the resort offers many activities such as mountain biking, hiking, climbing, golf, horse riding, tennis not forgetting events such as the Freestyle Tour, the Fête de la Montagne, the Yoga Festival, the Trail des Hauts Forts, the Avoriaz Dance Festival...
